Founder
Our founder Moncia Lambe has over 25 years International Experience at Senior Management level in various Global positions running large multi-million dollar organisations. Monica brings to the table a wide range of expertise including high-level strategy, portfolio analysis, change management, marketing and sales.

Having spent nearly 10 years working in Switzerland, her passion and motivation is making sure her clients are operating to their full potential. She loves nothing more than getting things done. Action, action, action is her motto and her energy and love for what she does shines through in her action oriented corporate strategic workshops.

Never one to shy away from a challenge, she is a member of the 1% club of marathon runners and is on a mission to get more women back to work.
